I greatly enjoyed to be there, spent 2 lovely days overall. Location was AMAZING and perfect, just off a very good fish and chip shop, and the lovely beach at Exmouth. In fact, it was located within walking distance of Pub.

I greatly enjoyed this place, everything was perfect. The bed was comfortable; perfect night's sleep. Its private bathrooms with a walk-in shower were fairly clean.

Cannot find any fault. It met needs.

We really enjoyed the stay, it was relaxing. Food for breakfast was excellent! Spotless room had very comfy bed and was complete with good pillows.

It was excellent base for travelling to Exeter, I was glad to stay there. Staff were amiable and amazing, and I thoroughly enjoyed the host. It was good on a real working farm.

Our place had superb price, that's important. Its location was marvellous and pleasant, 5 km from Sandy Park Rugby Stadium. Owner treated us very well. Refrigerators, an oven and kitchenware were provided.

It was handy base for visiting most Exeter attractions. Staff were super amazing and lovely. We really enjoyed the place.

It had a marvellous setting just next door to Exeter and Exmouth, the many local attractions, and Exmouth, Sidmouth, Exeter.

We stayed at Courtbrook Farm for a week and it was an exceptional experience. The apartment was well-equipped, impeccably clean, and incredibly peaceful. We loved the courtyard where we could relax, and the convenient location near Topsham and Exmouth. The fridge was stocked with essential items upon our arrival, and the thoughtful touch of fresh ground coffee made our mornings extra special. The comfortable memory foam mattress ensured a restful sleep, and the free and reliable wifi was a bonus. a truly pleasant stay with excellent value for money. Five stars!

The hosts at Courtbrook Farm went above and beyond to accommodate my vegan diet, offering special sausages and soya milk for breakfast. The shower in my room was spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the convenience of having a fridge in the dining room. a delightful stay. I highly recommend this hidden gem in the countryside.

location was marvellous, a 10-minute ride to sandy park rugby stadium. in fact, the property was next to exmouth, sidmouth and many other attractions. the staff was amazing and we met the host. even though the whole experience was great, beds were quite small.

Rooms were basic.

We had a wonderful stay near all the local attractions, a beautiful beach, and Exmouth. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything was impeccably clean.

No oven or hob, only a microwave with no instructions. the TV could use an upgrade.
